What format are the photos in?
All On Focus Photo photos are printed on Kodak Professional Portra Endura Paper (aka Traditional E-Surface Paper). It is widely recognized for its accurate color and realistic saturation. The paper also has a matte finish, which is ideal for resisting fingerprint smudges and minimizing glare.
Currently we only sell prints that are not matted or framed through the Web site. For matted prints, please visit us in person at one of our shows or use the Contact Us tab above for more information. The show schedule is in the sidebar.
Will my print look exactly like what I see on the Web site?
We make every effort to faithfully reproduce what you see on the Web site. Depending on the print size you order however, the crop of the image may differ. Selecting 4x6 as the print area will generally result in a crop closest to the original image. A white border can be added to the print area to make it easier for you to mat the print yourself, and is reflected in the price. Use the Contact Us form for special print size requests.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. Photos are added as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos for sale are the ones taken by Christy Johnson.
Do you ship world-wide?
By default shipping prices are for the USA only. The lab we use can ship to Canada for a flat fee of $15.95 USD, but you need to use the Contact Us form to receive a PayPal invoice. Also use the Contact Us form to inquire about shipping to other countries.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal.
What about shipping?
For your convenience, prints will be shipped straight from the lab to ensure you get them as quickly as possible. They will arrive in a box or envelope with the printer's logo.
If you would prefer to pick up the prints in person use the Contact Us tab for more information. Shipping charges will be waived for an in person pickup and a special PayPal invoice will be sent for your order.
Do you collect sales tax?
Yes. Sales tax is already included in the price.
How soon can I expect my order?
After payment is processed, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days.
Do you mat the photos you sell through the Web site?
No. When you buy through the Web site, you are purchasing the print only. If you would like to buy the print in a conservation quality mat, use the Contact Us tab above and we can send a PayPal invoice that includes a custom shipping estimate. Or visit us at one of our shows listed in the sidebar to view current inventory. The prices for matted prints are as follows:
- 5x7 print in 8x10 mat, $24.99
- 8x10 print in 11x14 mat, $34.99
- 13x19 print in 16x20 mat, $109.99
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we cannot offer a refund. If you are unhappy with the quality of the print, let us know and we will replace it.
I saw note cards and bookmarks at your show. Can I buy those online?
Not yet, but you can use the Contact Us tab above to request more information. Bookmarks are $2.50 and note cards are $4.50 each. |
